These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Precise Triggers ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Precise Triggers schedules and executes automations at the exact date and time stored in monday.com DateTime columns, including changing a status, notifying a person, or sending a webhook.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with monday.com's terms. You must not use the App to send spam, abuse external systems via webhooks, or violate any applicable law.
The App offers a free trial and paid plans (Starter, Pro) with different limits on the number of active triggers. Billing is handled through monday.com's marketplace. Plan limits are enforced per account.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Triggers fire within 60 seconds of the configured time under normal operating conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by monday.com API rate limits, outages, or factors outside our control.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes your data within 10 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
