Privacy Policy — Precise Triggers

Precise Triggers ("the App", "we", "us") is a monday.com marketplace application that schedules automations to fire at the exact date and time stored in a monday.com DateTime column. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

monday.com account ID — to identify your tenant.
OAuth access token — to act on your behalf via the monday.com API. Stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
Board, column and item IDs — to schedule and execute triggers on the items you configure.
DateTime column values — to determine when a trigger fires.
Execution logs — outcome (success/failure) and timestamps of trigger executions, retained for up to 90 days.

We do not collect names, emails, payment details, or any personally identifiable information beyond the numeric monday.com user/account identifiers required for the App to function.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide the App's functionality: scheduling and executing your configured triggers. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Storage & Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Data is stored on a private PostgreSQL database accessible only to the App's backend services.
All API requests are authenticated and authorized per tenant.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

When you uninstall the App or de-authorize it, all of your data and associated metadata are permanently deleted within 10 days. Execution logs are automatically purged after 90 days.

5. Third-Party Services

monday.com API — to read board data and perform actions on your behalf.
Hetzner Cloud (Germany) — infrastructure hosting for the App's backend and database.

No other third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services are used.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Uninstalling the App triggers automatic deletion as described above.
